NDIS Information

Clear guidance to help you feel confident

Understanding the NDIS is the first step to getting the right support

The NDIS can feel complex at first, but it’s designed to put you in control. At Life Glow Care & Services, we support participants across all areas of life at home, in the community, at work, in education, alongside allied health professionals, and in independent living. Our role is to help you use your supports in ways that genuinely fit your goals, routines, and future plans.

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible people under the age of 65 who have a permanent and significant disability.

The funding helps cover supports such as personal care, assistance at home, transport, therapy, skill development, and community participation. Most importantly, the NDIS gives you choice, you decide what supports you use and who provides them.

Every plan is individual, because everyone’s life, needs, and goals are different.

How the NDIS supports you

Once your eligibility is approved, you’ll receive an NDIS plan that outlines the funding and supports available to you.

Your plan may include funding for everyday activities, building skills and independence, therapy services, or community involvement. The supports included are based on your personal goals and circumstances.

A Support Coordinator can help you understand your plan, connect with services, and make sure your funding is used in a way that works best for you.
